AA Insurance Renew Sponsorship of U16's

AA Insurance have teamed up once again this season to renew their sponsorship of Cardiff City Ladies Football Club Under 16 girls side.

AA Insurance, the UK’s leading insurance broker with offices in Penarth Road, Cardiff, is donating £500 towards a new kit, equipment and matches.

Cardiff City Ladies currently run Under 12’s, 14’s and 16’s youth teams as well as two women’s teams.

The Under 16’s squad are current Welsh Junior Cup Champions and last season represented Wales at The City of Manchester stadium in the UK Tesco Cup National finals. Coached by ex - Welsh international Lesley Judd, who explained “We are indebted to the AA and their sponsorship deal as it allows us the quality of training facilities these talented girls deserve to continue their development in the sport.”

Nick Spence-Thomas, head of AA Insurance in Cardiff adds; “It’s great as a loyal employer to be able to have such a positive involvement in the community and we wish the team every success for the coming season.”
