Cardiff’s leading security company, Safestyle Security, is sponsoring Cardiff City Ladies Football Club Under 14’s junior side.

Safestyle Security’s donation of £500 has provided the team with a new kit and will contribute towards the cost of their training facilities and matches.

Cardiff City Ladies now run three junior and two women’s teams and recently were awarded their Silver status for the Football Association of Wales’ Club Accreditation Scheme, being one of the very first all women and girls clubs to gain silver status.

Safestyle Security’s Company Director, Darren Edwards, comments: “We are always delighted when we are given the opportunity to put something back into the local community. We were really inspired by the success of the junior development within this progressive club, and hope that our sponsorship will allow that success to continue in the future.”

Under 14’s coach, Steve Wooten, says: “This sponsorship deal is a massive boost for our section of the club. It’s a fantastic encouragement for the girls to know that they are being supported by a well-known local company, who appreciate the progress we are making within our junior development programme.”
